Q. How long have you been in this business?
A. We have been conducting Business Intelligent / Sourcing / Project Monitoring etc since FY 2009 for our internal usage within our Group. We extended this service to General Public since FY 2015.
Q. What is the turnaround time for your services?
A. Speed is very important without compromising accuracy. Depending on the service required, generally, we are committed to a turnaround time of between 6 to 14 days under normal working days.
Q. Where are your customers located?
A. Our customers are located all over the globe.
Q. Do you offer rush services?
A. Yes. An additional fee will be charged to rush a particular service. The turnaround time for rush request is based on the services ordered, but we do our best to return all services at the soonest possible.
Q. What if we change our mind after payment for a Service? Can we stop the request after it has been ordered?
A. We seek your understanding that services commenced the moment you placed an order. But we will review each request on a case by case basis.
Q. How do you ensure information gathered is correct?
A. Our company abide by our Quality Guarantee. Accuracy and timely information are the Key to our Services. All data gathered are either verified through Multiple Government Agency or Industries Sources. Our staff will also physically inspect and verify all data through due diligence checks for those relevant service packages. This process ensures the data is correct and precise.

A. Yes, all data gathered through Multiple Government Agency and Industries Sources. It is confidential.
Q. Can I see a sample report?
A. Yes, please state clearly your request and email fullertonservices1@fullertonservices.com to ask for a sample report.

A. Each Report contain 1 targeted company.
Q. Which Geographical Regions do you cover?
A. Our business coverage is within Greater China (Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau)
Q. My report is still outstanding?
A. While we endeavor to deliver all report within the stipulated date as promised. However, there are occasion where Spam Filters automatically diverted report to the Spam Folder. Please kindly check your email spam folder. If you haven’t received your report by the estimated delivery date, please contact us at fullertonservices1@fullertonservices.com so that we can check the missing Report.
Q. Can you provide Financial Statement of Mainland Chinese Company?
A. We could only provide Financial Statement of Chinese Listed Companies since they are audited by independent Auditors.
Q. Which payment methods do FullertonServices accept?
A. You can pay through Paypal or TT to our bank account upon execution of contract. Please contact us at fullertonservices1@fullertonservices.com for details.
Q. How do you process refunds?
A. If you paid for your report(s) using PayPal, we will refund via those services. If you paid by bank transfer, you will be given credit for use on future purchases or we will transfer amount back to your bank account.
Q. Do you charge GST?
A. Our prices are all inclusive of GST, which means the price you see on our website is the final price you pay – there are no additional fees charged.
Q. Will I receive a tax invoice?
A. Yes. After placing an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email which includes a PDF tax invoice.
Q. What currency are your services priced in?
A. Please note that although we are based in Singapore and China, our services are billed in USD.
Q. Can we pay in Other Currency?
A. Yes, you can pay in other currency . Please email fullertonservices1@fullertonservices.com for details.
